4. Payment and Refund Terms

Payments for services and courses are made in advance. Refunds are possible in accordance with the return policy, only for unwatched digital courses, within 14 days of purchase. Fees for personalized audit services are non-refundable once the process has begun.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration through written notice. Offtune Records reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law. Upon termination, the user loses access to services but retains rights to the data and reports generated up to that point.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
